Whose Truth?
With the political elections right around the corner it is a lot being said about truths and lies. While most of the voting people I know will be voting for Obama, some will be casting their vote for Mitt. Both believe that their candidate has the most truth about them.
For example, those going for Obama does not believe that Mitt will be the best one because they feel he's full of lies from the beginning to the end. They feel that being that he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth that he could not possibly know the truth of the people as a whole because most of us were not born into wealth and that most of us are struggling so that he could not know our truth.
Those that are voting for Obama feel that he has more truth because he knows the struggle we go through and that if he just gets a little more time then he can definitely fix what was messed up in 8 years. He understands that just for being a woman we should not be rejected for healthcare. Our elderly should not have to use vouchers just to receive the healthcare that they need. Our less fortunate should not have to go into a deeper hole just because they may need government assistance. They feel that Mitt could not possibly know their truths and have their best at hand.
Truth is based on the experiences one goes through. What is good for the goose is not always good for the gander because the experiences will not ever be the same. Just because it might have worked for you, does not mean that it will always work for me. As the old saying goes, there is more than one way to skin a cat.
While the race is a very close one. Whose truth is the truth? Who do you feel has your best interest at heart? When you answer, please do not include the fact of race. We should not base our decisions on the content of ones color, but the content of their character. Sound off!!!
