Stay in your Lane

Often times I find that people are always nosying around in my business and not tending to their own. That irritates me because they are not trying to help if I need it, or they are not trying to truly give a positive word if needed, they are just simply being nosy. Why must people always have to worry about what is going on in my world if they are not trying to benefit my world? It is truly none of your business, even if I do decide to share with you my thoughts, feelings, or any of my other business and it really just irks my nerves.

Today on facebook, I made a statement "People so worried about other folk and their business that they can't get their business handled... Mind your own and stay in your lane... #justathought." I can not help but know that it is truth. I mean think about it for a second. Some people that are so enthralled with someone else's business has no time to mind their own business. Also think about this, these are the same people that are doing worse than you. Instead of them staying in their own lane, they are in your lane messing up the business that they need to tend to.

I just thought I'd say a little more about this and see what you would have to say about it. And if you feel the need to post more than one comment, by all means have at it... I just want to see if others feel the same as I do.

Around for too long

I will admit, I'm the one who is sooooo bad with this. There are times that there are people that do not even deserve my time, energy, or presence that I allow in. It can be very crippling and instead you wish, hope, and pray that something good will eventually come out of it. The major eye opener was me befriending someone who pretended to be my friend to my face, but lo and behold, behind my back I was never good enough for anything or anybody. She would speak a great game about how she was only trying to be a real friend and "help me out" when in reality she was only trying to stroke her own sick and demented ego. Her "helping me" only really hurt me, but at the same time it made me stronger.
